The Factory

TOCO factory is located in Nanjing city of China (close to Shanghai), our factory area is totally 8,000 square meters, we have more than 180 staff members. Our company mainly produce Pallet Racking, shelving, cantilever, mezzanine, gravity flow system, shuttle system, and all kinds of warehouse storage equipments.

TOCO factory owns whole sets of modern and classic machines and production technology, it include roll forming, punching, cutting,  welding, polishing, powder coating and packing etc. There is perfect quality control system, and TOCO has obtained the quality system certification of ISO9001:2008. with perfect products and The powerful sales team, it all keep our company growing up quickly.

Also, all the racking accessories are produced by ourselves and we have our own molding design team which allow us to develop new products to satisfy market demand. all of these make TOCO competitive in the industry. We produce and export high quality pallet racking and shelving system which have enjoyed a very high reputation in the world market. Quality Control

Quality Control measures are carried out throughout the manufacturing process to ensure high quality products.

1) Coating Adheresive

It is disappointing that the coating of racks came off after using a while of time. Crosshatch Testing are carried out on surface of TOCO products to ensure the coating has a strong adhesive to the steel. Thus a long term warranty of products would be offered to our customers.

2) Coat Thickness Check

The coating thickness of TOCO products are around 60-80um. TOCO QC would check the products of every order, to avoid uneven coats on the surface.

3) Salt Spray Testing

This testing is often used for galvanized products. TOCO would ask professional lab services to issue reports which give our customers quality guarantee of the products.

4) Load Capacity Testing

Load Capacity is most important feature of rack products designed to meet customers needs. Besides theory calculation of the products, we also carry out physical testing if customer wants to have a double check.

5) Common Measurements – Tape Measure, Micrometer, Calipers

These common measurements will be carried out once again before delivery besides in the production. This final check just reduces risk of more cost if wrong products dispatched.

This standard AS4084-2012 is Australian standard set out minimum requirements of design, test methods, operation and maintenance of steel storage racking. All TOCO products are designed and manufactured to match the standard.
